Chris brings many years of experience in the BBQ industry as well as a passion for educating people in the art of BBQ.

As an Army veteran Chris' travels have allowed him to experience a wide range of flavor profiles and cooking techniques that he is excited to share with whoever will listen.
 
Chris was born and raised on the gulf coast in South Alabama and loves the ocean but is proud to now call the Rocky Mountains his home. As an accomplished competition cook, Chris is sure to help take your backyard barbecue to the next level.
 
Chris currently resides in Lakewood, Colorado. When Chris isn't at the shop you can find him testing new recipes at home or waiting for or watching college football. Go Auburn!
