Proud Souls hosts classes in everything from the basics to advanced BBQ techniques.

Welcome to QU (BBQ University)

We host classes throughout the week and on weekends. From the basics of Ribs 101 and how to use your smoker to more advanced classes that give you the secrets to succeed at sanctioned barbecue competitions. If you have a work, personal event or party we'd love to host you at our shop or we would be willing to come to you.


Please take a look at the calendar below to sign up and reserve your spot (in person or virtually) in the exciting classes listed below.  A typical class runs approximately 2.5 hours and a full BBQ dinner will be served both during and after the class. Come prepared to have fun, ask questions and share some laughs!  Space for each class is limited and the cost varies / person depending on the class.  Lets fire up those grills and get to cookin'!

I attended the Virtual - Brisket Untapped class and had a blast! The team was super engaging, and I learned a lot! The class was helpful for all experience levels and was filled with lots of helpful tidbits - from what to look for when buying the meat to how to serve it up at the end. Looking forward to attending more classes in the future and picking up some fun BBQ tools at their store!
