Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe

Proud Souls' Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredients for 12 wings:

  • 3 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup Meat Church Chicken Fried Seasoning or Flour
  • Boars Night Out Double White Lightning Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce 
  • Kosmos Wing Dust

Directions:

  1. Mix baking powder and flour in a bowl. Remove chicken wings from packaging and pat dry. Toss chicken wings with the baking powder and flour. Once wings are coated add ¼ cup of Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, or roughly a quarter of the bottle. After they are evenly coated apply a light coat of Boars Night Out White Lightning.
  2. Spray a nonstick spray on the top rack right before the chicken goes onto the grill. The temperature should be set around 500 degrees. Place chicken on the top grate. Total cook time should be about 20 minutes. Around 10 minutes in, flip the chicken. The internal finishing temp should be around 203. 
  3. When the wings are done, they should be crispy.

Optional: Melt ½ a stick of butter and mix in with the cooked chicken wings. Once the chicken has all been coated in butter add the Kosmos Wing dust to your taste preference.
