This class is designed to get you started in the world of BBQ. Take a hands-on view of the subject matter such as grill / smoker selection, lighting the pit, sourcing of proteins, anatomy, seasoning, smoke, saucing (or not), slicing, tasting and much more. Please arrive on time and prepared to ask questions. We will have a TON of fun and best of all enjoy a full BBQ dinner at the conclusion of the class.
