Have you ever wanted to throw or attend a whole hog party? Well now you can. Come out to see a hog being smoked in our pit WHILE learning how to butcher and smoke a whole hog on your own. Chef Tyson Holzheimer will demonstrate butchering techniques on a CO raised Heritage breed hog. Everyone in class will go home with portions of the hog we butcher and we'll also eat a full BBQ dinner consisting of light apps, whole hog and all the traditional fixin's.
