Come out to see a hog being smoked WHILE learning how to butcher and smoke a whole hog on your own. Chef Tyson Holzheimer of CO Craft Butchers will demonstrate butchering techniques on a CO raised Heritage breed hog & we'll be slow smoking another hog all day long for everyone's dining pleasure.
