We are very excited to announce that this coming Saturday, October 28th we will have our friend Erik Kos of BurntOut BBQ in our shop for a BBQ Test Kitchen. Please join us anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 where we will be examining the differences between pork spareribs and beef back ribs.
The ribs will be cooked similarly on two separate Gateway Drum Smokers, using a BBQ technique commonly referred to as “Hot and Fast.”
Come in to explore and taste the subtle differences among both types of ribs, seasonings, and cooking techniques.
